How do I know if an aerobar is compatible with my bike?
Most of our aerobars are designed for standard 31.8mm handlebars. We recommend checking your bike manufacturer's specifications or using our online compatibility guide to ensure the clamp diameter and cable routing match your setup.
What is your return policy on performance components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, components that have been mounted or used on a ride cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally to athletes outside the US?
Yes, Profile Design ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
What kind of warranty do you offer on carbon fiber products?
All Profile Design carbon products are covered by a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from crashes, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
How should I clean and maintain my hydration systems?
We recommend rinsing your hydration system with warm soapy water after every ride. For a deep clean, use a specialized bottle brush and a mild sanitizing tablet. All components should be air-dried completely before storage.
